On July 14, 2025 I purchased two section 127 tickets to the Paul McCartney concert in Palm Desert California on September 29, 2025. As of September 25, 2025 I had not received those tickets in my account. I was informed on September 26, 2025 that they “weren’t available “ and was told I had my choice of three inferior tickets at tge same price. I accepted the best of the bad option because I desperately wanted to see Sir Paul. The tickets in section 255 blocked his head on the screens. We could see only his neck down. The seats I purchased were dead center with no blocks. During the waiting period I contacted the CEO and COO who never responded. I will NEVER buy anything from StubHub again! Ticketmaster puts the tickets in your account immediately and I recommend them highly.
