Everything was terrible. When I arrived at the ballpark with my son and presented our tickets I was told that the tickets I purchased on StubHub were fraudulent and I couldn’t buy new tickets because the game was sold out. When I contacted StubHub they wanted to know what gate number I went in, the exact time, and even the bar code of the fraudulent ticket they sold me. Which wasn’t on the ticket anymore because it just said past event, but I didn’t know when I went in the game that I needed to keep track of all of this. They say they guarantee their tickets, but they haven’t given me a refund and say they’re “ investigating” I’ll never use StubHub again and I’ll tell as many people as I can not to also. I also paid almost $40 for parking passes from them and tried to tell them that because I didn’t see the game I should be refunded the money for that and was denied that. StubHub has awful customer service.
