Have been with them for years but only recently found out they have been fobbing me off every time I call with technical issues; list of problems is long but let me give you a flavour: 1. non existent "higher level" support 2. never ever fix an issue, just keep escalating it to nowhere 3. daily issues accessing emails and sending them 4. pushing you to add services you do not need or are even more hopeless 5. automated billing you cannot even cancel if within thirty days of a renewal generally a bad, bad company - nothing more to say really, I am not that tech savvy so transferring to another company but its taking time as tsohost again useless in terms of assisting with this process
