They switched off my domain hosting which closed my email service. I have sent a number of ticket requests with no response and the ChatBot is not working so there is no way to contact them and I have no email. They have sold off to 123Reg so let’s hope the service improves. This is so frustrating 😡

They used to be great when they had a proper customer service where you could speak over the phone. Now it's only through chat and it took over a week to get a response and the assistance was abismal

I will add my own thoughts even though I think most things have been covered. I transferred my domains and hosting to this company many years ago, I think it was called Vidahost or something back then and it was good, very good in fact. Unfortuantely in recent years there have been many changes - none for the better. Support when needed has been non-existant in recent months. Prices have increased dramatically and products changed without explanation as to why. My sites are very simple and I do not require some of the things that have been forced upon me. Unfortunately due to various factors I did not have time to look for or move to another provider when the new prices came into effect for me earlier this year. However, the recent news that I was being migrated to 123 Reg was a step too far as I had experience of them a long, long time ago. I have now moved to a new provider who so far has proved excellent, e.g. a ticket being answered within 10 minutes and the whole problem resolved within an hour. The hosting is also costing a lot less and will be about a third of the renewal cost with 123 Reg, the domain registration is also less money. A very sad demise. At one time I would have given TSO Host five stars but no more. The only reason I have given it one is in order to publish this review.

I am dissatisfied with the service and constant changes, transfers, and migrations. I have had a website since 2014 and I will eliminate it all: tragedy, disappointment, and helplessness of a small person.

They have been emailing me everyday for 3 months and I don’t have an account with them. I have never used them and they are asking for a payment for a domain that I no longer have. Iv tried contacting them but I’m unable to do this as you have to login. Beware this company may be a scam

Any wonder that they are now shipping clients out to 123-reg. YES - they are closing their doors. Fortunately I saw this coming 2 years ago and moving my hosting before this occurred. However, I left my domains with them and now I worry for my clients. You treat us badly for so long, you can at least leave with some dignity and ensure that migration goes well without issues. But for this I worry. You have been useless since the day I decided to use you. Good riddance.

My business email is down since the 4th July . The email I cannot access is advertised on my websites which I am locked out of and cannot change. I have sent them everything to prove who I am including passport and receipts for payment to them for my domains they claim to have contacted me by email several weeks ago about this disastrous upgrade on their servers. They did not! . I have provided them copies receipts paid for my domains which are registered in my name . I am completely locked out . Slow and incoherent response from chat . If anyone here is interested in a combined legal action against them ?

The worst hosting company ever. DO. NOT. USE Their customer service is the worst. If you run a business, you should think twice about using this company. It’s probably the worst company I’d ever been unlucky to use. Their CP Migration lost my website data once and you’d be waiting for days for any response to support. It is such a shame as I have been using this company for over 10years and they were excellent. But in the last couple of years they have declined significantly. Sometimes I doubted that they were still in business. Do not use.

Been with this company for over 20years it’s been going downhill for the past few years now. My email went down last Friday, a week later it’s still down. Not had a single word from Tsohost. Raised a ticket as they have disabled the webchat again no response. I THINK THEY HAVE RUN OFF

This company is appalling and should not be allowed to trade. They never answer any support requests and randomly take all their clients' web sites down then refuse to answer to any requests for assistance. Avoid like the plague

Their technical support is a joke, over 24 hours to whitelist an IP address. This wouldn't be required if these clowns knew how to set up a shared server. We are done with them and their incompetence - My advice would be avoid this clueless bunch.

I have been using TSO host for years. Recently they undertook a CPanel migration which was a disaster. Serious disruption to business and monel lost. Support is VERY poor. Migration on a friday and no weekend support! Support tickets have not been answered over a week and the excuse is that they are busy. my advice - AVOID this company, they cannot provide critical support to businesses. AVOID

Please, please, please avoid these clowns. My site and emails have been down for over a week, tried contacting them over 50 times and not a single reply. I have lost customers due to their incompetence. I am now seeking legal advice on how to get them to respond...

Tsohost have been hosting my email for several years, and I have been quite happy with the service. Unfortunately, they have now decided to increase the price for that service by 300%. That is outrageous! There are many companies out there who can host my email requirements for a similar price to the one I am currently paying, or even less. I will be switching to another host before my contract is due for renewal.

Used to be great, then GoDaddy took them over. Since then they have increased prices and messed up all my Wordpress sites. They don't provide backups, don't answer support tickets (for days on end) and when they do they blame you for any cockups they make and certainly can't fix them. I will be taking my 30 websites and clients elsewhere as soon as I can :(

HORRIBLE! My website not working anymore, waiting more than 30 mins for "chat" and she says it's not their fault, then just finishes chat. I raised a ticket - no reply. I think they're going down the sink. They were good once. But now - DON'T USE THEM!

They are terrible. Email is constantly going down and is usually caused by them playing with DNS records their end. Always involves them eventually admitting its something they have done their end and it taking 24 hours to propagate. It has been causing havoc with my business. I published my email address with the review to verify its genuine but the irony is i won't get the email as my email is down again.

I have been a TSO Customer for 10 years and have always paid on time. Despite this, I have had almost daily messages from them threatening to remove my services if payment isn't made ASAP and this could still be weeks before the invoice is actually due. Recently they offered to move us over on to a fully managed VPS server and asked us to pay the first month up front which we did however they still continued to issue us with a monthly invoice for the old server which we paid for at least two months, even though we no longer required or used the server. TSO Host continued to chase for payment for invoices that still had 3 weeks to go and I then questioned the costs being invoiced against the old server. Due to the length of time this took for them to reply through their ticket system as their 'live chat' is never availbale, the invoice I had for the old server, which we no longer use, went into arrears and still the demanding reminders still kept coming daily!! In order to maintain our servers and against my better judgement, I paid the outstanding invoice for the old server which I have also been paying alongside the new server costs and after 4 days, I received an email to say thanks for payment. Despite being FULLY paid up, and paying for two servers and being told that they will use the credit we've overpaid against the cost of the new server, they have now SUSPENDED our account, after we got an email from them confirming payment has been received and right on a client submission deadline with no access to our wensite and there is no access to our emails either. TSO Host is a shocking business with the most deplorable attitude towards customer service. Every single review on here is so accurate to our own experience and the disrespect for loyal customers who pay on time and pay for more services than required I would urge anyone considering TSO Host as an ISP - DON'T!!!!!!

Atrocious customer service,We have now move service providers as this was dealt with so inefficiently at tsohost end and left our business in a state of having no emails to communicate with staff and customers and no online presence. The customer service we had was appalling and I would suggest looking into this at your end as the reviews you are getting online are much the same as what we have experienced with your company - we were customers for over 20 years and this loyalty seemed to mean nothing to you, obviously taken over by a company not based in the UK and english is not their first language,
