I've been trying to get a refund for my webhosting for almost a year now. Customer service is abysmal, I get a reply from a new person each time and nobody is actually doing anything to process my refund. Tsohost's justification for charging me more than quadruple my original sign up cost (in 2018 it cost me £15, in 2022 they charged me £80) was that they had discontinued the service that I was being provided and my new service was better. Frankly, I don't give a toss - it's theft. If no response from the customer, the default should be to cancel the service. The cost per annum had crept up to £30 which I was able to shrug my shoulders at, but this is too far. I'm furious, frustrated, and this is stupidly difficult. I have better things to do than waste my time chasing a web-hosting service for money and writing bad reviews, yet here I am.
