TSO Host - Can you REALLY AFFORD to join??…
TSO Host offered to upgrade to a new package on new servers. I had recently renewed at £110 for the year. The move across to the new servers would be an equivalent price. I would have to do the move myself manually.
They made the offer then said, I'd have to pay an extra £80 for the new servers. They would not make the difference or refund the renewal which was 12 days ago.
I've been a client for over 10 years.
If this is how a company treats long term clients. God forbid how they'll treat you.
