Their customer service is the worst.
If you run a business, you should think twice about using this company. It’s probably the worst company I’d ever been unlucky to use.
Their CP Migration lost my website data once and you’d be waiting for days for any response to support.
It is such a shame as I have been using this company for over 10years and they were excellent. But in the last couple of years they have declined significantly.
Sometimes I doubted that they were still in business.
