I had a Soul Integraton session with Lara a few months ago. We focused on an issue I've been dealing with for around a decade, rooting from an abusive relationship in my early 20s. I've done a lot of somatic therapy that includes visualisation and I found Soul Integration to be similar. It was extremely effective for me - it's been half a year since our session and I haven't struggled with this issue at all. I don't feel anxious about it anymore; I feel like I was able to move past it at last. I found it complemeted my usual therapy really well and I'm actually surprised it only took one session.
