I started seeing Lara for massage and body work when I was experiencing leg cramps from running. Lara was very thorough and listened to my needs. She took it upon herself to research what might be going on. The next time I saw her she discussed some diet changes as well as stretching techniques that would help me. I was impressed that she took the time to do this for me and there is no doubt she does this with all of her clients. Her work and attention to detail is second to none. She truly cares for all of her clients as well as addressing all of their needs. Lara is extremely professional and I would highly recommend her for anyone looking for bodywork needs.
