This company is no doubt the worst delivery company in the world.
I would rather pay double to get it delivered by another company.
They do not have any customer care or consideration and are very rude. They have lied to us on many occasions about the whereabouts of our items and have failed to deliver any of our purchased items.
They should not be in buiseness
It's a shame that big organisations like Tesco trust and use this delivery company to deliver their goods and keep them afloat.
