Item was sofas, was supposed to be two man delivered one man on the wrong day and time. This is Fraser order, delivered by XPD passed on by sports direct. Driveway damaged and car damaged whilst delivery driver was scraping item along the floor and then pushing it down side of the car. Look at their reply which states service level is one man delivery, however their website states any items weighing over 50kg is a two man delivery. How do you expect a single individual to lift a box 133cm length, 77cm height, 66cm width and over 60 kg in weight. Supplier has already stated damages to property are the couriers responsibility and you should be doing you up most to rectify this situation as it is the fault of XPD delivery employee and planner. If you look at XPD reviews online they are extremely poor from thousands of individuals isn't it about time you improved or are XPD going to carry on causing havoc. It a shame I can't download the cctv footage on here which shows your delivery driver bouncing the first box down a tight gap between my car and fence and then proceeds to drag the second off and then pushing it along the same tight gap. Neither parcel due to size and weight are SAFELY carried one man. This is the standard of service XPD provide and this can be reviewed on many websites by a LOT of individuals who have left many poor reviews of XPD.

Very rude driver I'm disabled and live on the first floor (with lift) he demanded i came down for my parcel which was a large box. I asked him if he would help to take it up to my apartment.. he replied "not my problem" I was really upset to say the least. It's nice to be nice 🙂

These clowns do not deserve a single star. FOUR reminder texts today then no show. Tracking system does not work, customer email bounces back. Wish their shareholders experience what i have and pull their money out

Bad experience courier left large parcel of 46kgs on my front porch... Box severely damaged... And had to ring my bro to come and help get it in my house

Deliverer just left the box outside my flats building instead of my adresses door even though I was home and they buzzed up? This made me, a heavily pregnant women who is 9 days away from giving birth have to carry a huge heavy nursing chair up two flights of stairs in fear it would get stolen.. No hate, i understand that stairs suck and workers may have bad days but please remember some customer's depends on delivery's because they're disabled, elderly, pregnant etc.

Terrible delivery service, still waiting on a delivery after ten days, made arrangements as was given a scheduled delivery date, no delivery and no update on that scheduled date. The updates are non existent and the live chat is a waste of time. Shocking service!!

Failed to turn up. No communication whatsoever. No tracking. No customer contact number. No response to emails sent. BE WARNED. Totally unreliable and i would avoid at ALL COST.

Returned a faulty sofa, only for it to come back to me again two weeks later an absolute joke and not only that nobody was home and they left it outside my front door absolutely terrible service. Avoid at all costs!!!

Absolute joke! Brought a door from Wickes and paid for next day delivery. Still waiting 5 days later. Parcel says at XDP and you cannot contact them to chase! Tried live chat but that is now down!

I was awaiting a parcel ( machine) that did cost me £700 ! Nobody appeared to bring me the parcel. No answers from this company.The app just popped up with: we have your item… Companies like XDP should be banned from this planet. The parcel disappeared to nowhere, even the company where the parcel is coming from couldn’t help.

A door ordered from Wicks, carrier XPD delivery arranged for today 04/12/2024 delivery times given 13:30 to 15:30. At 16:00 I received a email saying sorry we missed you. This was a Lie nobody had been to th house the last location of the delivery driver was Nantwich which is 48 minutes away from my address the driver must have gone back without finishing his deliveries. I have rang Wicks customer service I wait to see if they get back to me tomorrow thats what they said. XDP not good service I could say a lot worse than that

Absolute joke of a company, arrived too early so the only person in the house was my 74 year old nan who has no chance of lifting a 32kg box on her own, and there should have been 2 boxes, with the other seemingly having vanished off the face of the earth with shockingly poor ways to contact them about any issues you may have, to any sellers, PLEASE do not use this company under any circumstances absolute joke

Honestly the absolute worst delivery company out there. No way to contact them with regards to packages not arriving on estimated delivery. Tracking system is incorrect. Overall a pathetic attempt at a delivery service.

these people are thieves. no contact details etc. sofa has evaporated after i ordered it on amazon 10 days ago. I will take it to court! tracking number doesnt appear on their system

1 start is too generous for an abysmal company such as this. On the second 'attempt' at a delivery which was not attempted the first time round there is still no sign of the delivery driver. All you get is drip fed delivery timeslots, to then be told delivery was attempted despite no one showing up so you need to book again. I have been waiting 2 weeks now and I think it is best to just cancel the order and encourage the company sending the item to consider other delivery companies in future. Companies such as this do not deserve to stay in business.

This is without a doubt the worst delivery company you could ever have the misfortune to deal with I don’t know why the local depot has a phone number as no one ever answers it they contacted me three times to tell me my goods were being delivered and nothing ever turned up they have caused me no end of hassle why companies use them I have no idea

Firstly, I don't believe that you truly sorry as your welcoming message states. If sorry, something positive would have happened with all the bad reviews you've had so far. My is about collection which was supposed to have happened on the 1st of November, but nothing was heard. I then saw another message later requesting me to select another date, and today selected. I couldn't go to work again, and later around after 9am, I received a slot between 3.17pm and 5.17pm. After 4, I received notification that I am next, I later signed the QR Code in readiness due to deadline, and reason. It is now 8.25pm, the builder that was waiting to help just left, and up to this time - no sign of anyone from XDP. WHERE IS YOUR INTEGRITY. THIS A TOTAL SHAME FOR A BUSINESS LIKE THIS. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE BEFORE YOU COMPLETELY LOSE YOUR GROUND. I AM STILL WAITING.
