3 items were supposed to be delivered today as per what I ordered and according to their own XDP app. 1 was delivered and the other 2 items are missing. No number to call, their website doesn't appear to be working at all and their live chat through the app is non existence. I just can't understand why reputable companies use this particular courier service. I can understand why this company gets soo many negative reviews. But management need to get their head out of the clouds and sort this out or I can see these big companies using alternative couriers... And there are plenty out there. Come on guys...
