I dont often write reviews but feel compelled to highlight this absolute shower of s##t excuse for a courier company. I purchased a bed for my 5 year old daughter which was expected on the 10th of February, it didnt arrive. I received a text on the 11th to say that it would be with me between 1615 and 1815, it never arrived. Found their telephone number, called it to find that it was a PREMIUM number and my credit was wiped! Their track and trace system doesn't work, their email redirects your query back to their bogus track and trace system. The item was purchased from ebay, why the seller would use such poorly rated courier service is beyond me? I can only think that it's one and the same company and some sort of scam?? STAY AWAY
