ZERO STARS - I HATE LIERS To echo absolutely everything else said, this company holds no care or consideration and makes it impossible to speak to them, we had a 2 hour time slot for a birthday present, of course they didn’t turn up and the app didn’t update to show delivery failure that day or the next until we attempted to make contact, then of course an email appeared as soon as we tried to make contact stating we missed the delivery and we’d have to pay for a reattempt! XDP lied they said we weren’t in and delivery was attempted, below is a text from their own app, look at the time of apparent attempt and the time it was back at delivery depot. (See below) XDP can’t answer calls (at 7p a minute) re organise your delivery (at £50) or reply to emails as they are so busy with their teleportation device that allows them to attempt delivery, forge a sign card for items hundreds of miles and then be back at the depot 2 minutes later!!!!
