Paid for next day delivery, the parcel was received yesterday, 24/02/21, at the delivery depot in Sutton Coldfield which is 20 minutes away from me, was meant to have been delivered yesterday. Took more than 24 hours for them to come, when the driver came, he went to the wrong address, refused to bring it to the front door, then drove off without even leaving my packages. I had to physically drive around trying to find him. The tracking app is useless, doesn't give you any details, live chat doesn't exist even though it gives you the option and the number costs 7p per minute, but you're on hold for ages. ABSOLUTE F****NG JOKE !!!!!!!! It's only 1* because you can't give none. Fuming with this waste of a company.
