I agree totally with everything relating to appalling service from XPD. My delivery was due on 11th March between 7.48pm and 9.48pm. I waited until 10.15pm and no one arrived. Today 12th March I have tried to contact them without success. I have been in all day and have now received an email telling me they have attempted to deliver my item today. This is completely untrue as a door entry system has to be used and noone has called me. I have battled with their very unfriendly system and have rebooked it for Monday 15th March. I have no idea what time it will be. I will never knowingly use this Company again.
