Its says sorry to hear you have had a bad experience whilst typing this review, but thats not true. I have been back and fourth with customer service from aldi as the customer service number for xpd charges. There has been 2 delivery attempts so far but I have been home everyday for a week. I received my smaller items but my first item (wardrobe) is yet to be delivered. My phone number is on the parcel if the courier is having difficulty finding my address why not call me. I live in a flat and the item is heavy. The courier does not want to deliver the item. Thats the truth. If you do not want to lift heavy items get a different job. If I do not receive my item by next week I will take it as my item is stollen. The picture shown on my tracking info has a note saying not home today. LIES. Im absolutely furious. The worst delivery service I have experienced.
