Got loads of complicated emails telling me about the progress of my delivery, but no delivery date - until suddenly I got an email at 10am telling me it would be today between 1 and 3pm. There was no way to change this. So I left a note on the door asking to reschedule and made it home by 2pm. No delivery and no card left, and their tracking page showed nothing. No way to get hold of XDP to reschedule. Their phone doesn't get answered and their live chat is dead. Fortunately, it turns out it was left with a neighbour, and fortunately I have honest neighbours!
