Awful- due to deliver an item last Thursday it’s now Monday and still waiting - attempting to contact them is near impossible - after emailing every email on their website I had a call on the Friday evening to advise that they were sorry but my item was missed and not put on the van for delivery but will be delivered on the Saturday!! Still waiting - tried to email and they advised it has been delivered - it has not and I’ve not left the house and no delivery / contact has been made!! Terrible service!! Still waiting..........
