Twice this week I have been waiting in for a delivery only to be told both times that I was not in and the delivery has been "carded". The first time they arrived I gave them the benefit of the doubt as I had stepped into the garden for a few minutes (although the delivery was the morning after the scheduled time and I had no warning), although no card had been left. After complaining to Wayfair a new slot was arranged today, I am waiting in for a new kitchen worktop to be delivered as well so not a problem I thought. Then I get another message to say that delivery has been attempted and I am carded again, even though the electronic gates are left open and I am waiting inside the house! So this time I checked my CCTV at the time they say I was carded and there is no record of them being here. An extremely unsatisfactory experience, I have deliveries to my home all the time and this has never happened before. And my kitchen worktop has in the meantime been delivered without any problems. A very dissatisfied customer.
