Straight from the off the service was absolutely shocking. There is no clear way to contact XPD, they charge a premium rate to try and phone them (to which they don’t answer, conveniently) and their live chat/email is clearly just not monitored. The app is designed extremely poorly and the company overall seems absolutely abysmal. Save yourself the money and do not use this poorly run company. We purchased a bed through groupon and they use XPD for the delivery, to say I wish we hadn’t bought the bed in the first place could not be more of an understatement. We are still missing the second part of the delivery which has a majority of the parts and I assume the instructions... the parts we have received are damaged. I urge anyone reading to steer well clear of XPD and to use literally any other delivery company.
