I've received two deliveries so far. Both arrived close to the centre of the two hour slot given on the morning of my delivery days. The driver was polite and helpful on the first day but I could not be home on the second day. He left my parcel where my doorstep note told him to. However, the tracking app. was useless. On the first day it kept telling me that the van was on drop no. 2 with 22 more to go before mine. I accessed the app. hourly but the message was the same, despite the van showing up all over the county. On the day of the second delivery a message gave me the delivery time slot but I was unable to access the app. anymore. I could not, therefore, advise that I would be out. Bit of a lash up! I would never chose to use this company.
