Been trying to return a garden swing since 21st May and received MANY emails saying dates and times of collection- no one turned up on any of the dates. Now cannot take more days off work for several weeks so it’ll be taking up space in our garage and probably getting damp. Not my problem. I feel like charging storage costs. I’m not sure why this business is used when there are others who do the same. I should have known when the swing was delivered over two weeks late. Returning it has been worse.
