Appalling. And a complete rip off... they charge 7pence a minute if you try and phone them. Didn't collect item for delivery to Channel Islands from supplier for three weeks. Supplier ended up sending a fresh order. BOTH orders still disappeared into an XPD black hole. After another week the XPD website at 12.30 on 9th June said both items put for delivery due to arrive 11.30 to 1.00. Of course NOTHING, no email no sign and Items have in fact never arrived on the island, not received through customs so saying out for delivery is just not true. Supplier couldn't get updates. Have now cancelled order. This was a ruined birthday surprise. If your supplier is using XPD, go elsewhere
