Absolute shockers My delivery didn't come on the first slot they gave me and the tracking even on the app is next to useless or just lies. On the second attempt I even said they could leave it in the porch and the tracking showed them outside my property and it still wasn't delivered. They then said it had been carded yet no card was left. Tried emailing to no response and tried the chat and no one is ever available. Phone number is premium rate so basically there is no way of getting touch with them. They still have my item and I have no way of contacting them. I'd advise any company that use their service to think twice as you will lose business. At an absolute loss on how to get my item shocking company and shocking service
