I really cannot believe the cheek of this email, as parcel was delivered to wrong address, half a mile up the road, driver was going to leave parcels (3 large parcels as delivery was a double bed frame) in front garden of 41 ermine street north when I live at 44 ermine street South! I had even emailed xdp to say I hadnt had delivery and they emailed back to say delivery should have been made in morning but if not would Be next day! World stores was supposed to have been sorting this matter out As we had to pay someone to collect parcels and deliver to us so requested delivery fee back but have had no joy with them as they are apparently talking to you! I have never come across such appalling customer service and will continue to pursue this matter as I am out of pocket financially. So therefore i think your delivery service is diabolical and worldstores customer service is the same and I will never use either of you again and have told numerous people about this matter so they don't make the same mistake.
