Ordered something from eBay. It was meant to be delivered by xdp and was meant to arrive within a few days. At this point my parcel is almost 2 weeks late and xdp was very unhelpful so in the end I had to cancel my order and ask for a refund from the seller. According to xdp's tracking my parcel has been in the collection depot for almost 2 weeks at this point. They didn't answer the phone and in the email replies they basically said they have no idea what's going on with my parcel. Worst delivery company ever.
