Absolute garbage, the worst delivery company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Good afternoon, sorry to bother you. XDP said they delivered the parcel when I look at the tracking information, but it has not been delivered. I was in all morning. I have tried to contact XDP by phone and live chat but cannot make any progress as they won't deal with me as the end customer. The tracking details show a picture taken of the front of my house, but I am not sure what that is supposed to show me. Impossible interface online and no-one will take my call.
