So i bought an armchair from a company via Amazon which is being delivered by XDP. I've actually never heard of XDP before. Apparently this was delivered to me a few days ago. It was not. The delivery time stamp was a time i was IN THE HOUSE. I have contacted the company the chair was bought from a couple of times now and XDP are adamant it has been delivered and can i double check my property to make sure its not there. Haha - i mean, i think i would notice if there was a new armchair in my house! Anyway, i have since googled XDP and can see how absolutely horrific they are and that this isnt an isolated incident. I have no faith this chair will be turning up so will be requesting a refund via Amazon. XDP - if you're not able to fulfil your deliveries please let DPD or Yodel or carrier pigeon do it for you.
