Said delivery would happen between 9:15 and 12:15pm so was waiting for the delivery. When I went to check the tracking it said it was delivered at 07:15am- conveniently after their phone lines are off and someone has signed my name (not me) in the photo of the “proof”. There was no photograph of where it was left and my neighbours had no idea about it as it wasn’t left with them (I hadn’t left delivery instructions so a note should have been left for me to rearrange the delivery)
