The email sent the day before the parcel was due informed me that the delivery would be between 12-45 and 2-45pm on the 29th September.
Luckily I was up early as it was delivered at breakfast time and as it was 2large parcels to make a greenhouse it was important that someone was here.
The chap had no explanation and was pleased to get 'shot' of the parcels.
