I was unable to take the first day they offered me, they were most unprofessional. They phoned back a week later and said they would be delivering the next day, I felt as though I was being backed into a corner I got I touch with Wayfair who rebooked delivery for the 15th March they turned up yesterday 9th I told them it had been rebooked for the 15th. I phoned XDP they stated they were not going to deliver on the 15th as they could only keep items for a certain amount of time whatever that is. They stated they were going to return my sofa to Wayfair, I told him that was fine just send it back to Wayfair. I will contact Wayfair about a refund. I noted on my account it states the sofa has been delivered which of course it hasn't. They just don't care about the customer it's all about what they want not about you the customer. Horrible lot.
