This is by far the worst delivery company I have ever used. I bought a bed through Wayfair, which is normally a really good company with great customer service, and things arrive on time when they work with other delivery companies that are not XDP. The bed was supposed to come on a certain date, but I called Wayfair in advance to see if it was possible to change the delivery date - which they went above and beyond trying to contact XDP to change it. However, I was waiting for an update from XDP to tell me if they would be able to deliver on that day or not - but nothing. They ended up sending me a text 10 MIN before delivering and I left work running to go home and receive the item, but they had already left. They did not leave a card, a contact, anything. It has been a week and they haven't updated their tracking system, they have not contacted me, I call their number and it says "you're next in the queue" but I have been waiting for 15 m and nothing; I send emails, they don't reply and the live chat does not work. What the hell? I have literally no bed to sleep on and have been sleeping on the floor. There is also no place to place a complaint! It's really unacceptable and I will never again order anything that will be delivered by this company.
