Ordered fitness equipment from Fitness Superstore, paid for express delivery. Nearly 3 weeks and no goods. XDP tracking system complete garbage. I have been in touch with Fitness Superstore, they have been good. They investigated and found that my goods were received by XDP but then 'lost'. Fitness Superstore now have to claim insurance. To their credit, they gave me the choice of money refund or sending a replacement piece of equipment. I was told that XDP is the only company that will ship large items, so Fitness Superstore are held to ransom. Quite how a company like XDP manages to exist is beyond me. Avoid any dealings with XDP at all costs
