Other customers report the same problems. Photos of properties taken by XDP staff saying they tried to deliver . No they didn't. They couldn't be bothered. .Incorrect. Wrong house ,wrong address ,wrong road and district, and items left in their warehouse...in my case for 3 weeks. They send emails stating time of delivery and day but don't turn up.Unacceptable . No customer service and awful tracking website option offering nothing but abject disappoint ment . Dire.
I bet the company directors are enjoying a good standard of living from signing up UK companies at cheap rates promising deliveries that rarely happen,whilst customers get no delivery,no apology and no one listens.
Don't do business with XDP. Write to trading standards and check the directors names using Companies House to complain.
