Absolutely incompetent. Attempted to deliver a parcel to the wrong postcode on a road with the same name 3 miles away and even supplied a photo of the wrong house. That was after they had 'lost' a package and couldn't find it! This company simply has no clue about customer service, reliability, responsibility and cannot even be contacted when they get something totally wrong.. AGAIN! It seems they have the delivery contract for ALDI large items. So this is the best reason never to order those until Aldi change their courier. Complete waste of time! The phone number listed is not active or contactable.
