I wonder why companies well known for caring about their customers use XDP, who clearly doesn't.
The only competent people on XDP are probably sales because they somehow manage to convince retailers they are providing a good service.
Non-existent customer service, emails they say they've sent are never received, the picture I received with the update was across the neighbourhood... I won't go on, it's the same awful experience others have described.
