I placed my order with Living and Home on 16th July with estimated delivery 5-7 days and I'm still waiting! It was sat at delivery depot for days and XDP wrote to me saying they haven't got the goods even though their app tells me they have. The retailer was very helpful and sent replacement order unfortunately with XDP again. Had email and text yesterday that it would be delivered between 5:54pm-7:54pm and guess what - no delivery! The app still showing the same info, no live chat, can't send email and definitely no phone number to call so I'm going to request a refund from retailer. Shame their courier lets them down so badly, absolutely avoid XDP!
