Unprofessional driver, impolite and Not respectful at all. Knowing that the customer is pregnant and can't lift heavy stuff, he decides to take the parcel back instead of deliver it and help carry this to front door at least. Don't even know why this company employ people like that who doesn't have a respect to pregnant women. So Sad service ever
