Every things they do is 48-72 hours, delivery on overnight, 72 hours, (If lucky) tracking down where its been lost; 48-72 hours - email enquiries from a diamond level account with urgent in the subject; 48-72 hours. Those times are at best optimistic, I've timed 76 enquiries, their ETA on delivery is 5 days, for O/N service, even before Christmas, and averaging 7 days for a response. With 45 min call times, and them telling you to 'call back in 48 hours' this results in essentially, 3 days lost work, or custom. But oh, don't worry, they're working on a new system, fond of that line. I'm sorry, they used to be good, I used to be a defender of theirs, and I still value the CS staff, its not them, the communications, and performance of deliveries from them to literally anyone else, even in the same building, seem beyond flawed, with little concern except from the front line staff - Emerald team, you rock; but try to find a better company to work for, you're all wasted there.
