On five separate days I have been given a 3 hour slot for the collection of a sofa I want to return. Each day the courier has failed to arrive at all and I have had no reply to emails or phone calls. The phone number is now 'not recognised' and their website is continually 'down'. The company from where I bought the sofa will not refund my money until the sofa has been returned and they don't seem to be able to contact XDP either. WHAT is going on?
