received a text saying they would deliver between 9.07 and 12.07. I waited eight hours no delivery. I took morning of work and lost half a days pay waiting for delivery in the afternoon. They give you a telephone number that no one answers and do not even have the decency to notify customers they will not be delivering their goods. COMPANIES SHOULD NOT BE USING THIS DREADFUL COMPANY AS THEY WILL LOOSE CUSTOMERS. I will not buy from any company that uses this terrible courier. WILL THEY REIMBURSE MY LOST PAY, OF COURSE NOT, SO COMPANIES PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS FIRM THEY ARE A SHOWER OF ..... BE AWARE VERY AWARE OF THIS COMPANY THEY ARE TAKING MONEY UNDER FALSE PRETENSES.
