This is an awful company, please refrain using them. Delivery was scheduled on Friday between 10:30 and 13:30. I took the day off to wait for them. Driver called me around 11 to tell me he is on his way. Nothing happened until 15:30 when the online tracking went on to "Carded". Driver did not ring the bell, no calls, nothing. I called their Scotland number which gave me London depot number (it was a mobile). No matter how many times I called, THEY DO NOT PICK UP. After having seen the "Carded" status, I went furious. Called Scotland, the guy on the phone was chewing a gum and telling me that they have taken a photo of the door as an evidence that they came, of course I have never seen this alleged photo. And the same guy was so rude to reply me that I have to take another day off to wait for them. Just explained them that this is a wasted day off for me (hence the pay I lost for nothing) but they don't care. They never showed up on Friday and are so shameless that they lie to me that they came and nobody answered the door. Please do not use this company for your future efforts. This is by far the worst delivery experience I had.
