I would give zero I could. This the worst delivery service ever. I doubt there are grown people working deliveries in this company. Even a child will not do this.. You leave a package worth over 200pounds outside without making any contact with customer outside with dumpster in an unsafe environment. And take a photo to say delivered. To who?? I'm asking. How do I know you did not steal it back yourself. You just get up to do deliveries with no proper prompting because you think I got the money to buy the product you came to throw away by just sitting at home with no plans for my life.. to top it off. No one answers and you will spend more pounds just waiting for a ghost to pick your call to complain to. And they will be paid for throwing people's valuables away. Now I'm just frustrated don't know what to do. Poor communication. Zero feedback. I promise I will place this review on any social media platform until someone accounts for this mess.
