Zero stars not one for this shoddy company. 2 weeks my parasol has been in their depot for delivery. I check the delivery status few times a day. Sick of waiting. Now waiting for refund off Amazon seller. Will make formal complaint to Amazon about this XPD company, advising sellers not to use XPD. Will also be taking action of complaint to the CEO of XPD Louis John. So many people are complaining about XPD deliveries. What are they doing? Are they improving there shambles of customer service. No?!! This company should not be allowed to trade! Bunch of useless people.
