This is the worst delivery experience ever. 2 delivery references provided by the seller as order was divided, shortly an e-mail received from this courier to say that any notices from seller do not mean they received the item. 2 days later an alert to say one of the consignments is being delivered that day (no updates in between), it doesn't actually arrive and instead the reference number stops tracking. The item randomly turns up 2 more days later while still not tracking. No updates on the other consignment until a sudden e-mail on the same day as the first delivery that the driver is out and our delivery is next on the list. Shortly after there is another note that he couldn't find the address and is taking it back to the depot. It also stopped tracking at some point but is now back on the system as out for delivery so no idea if and when it will be turning up now. E-mails are not sent from trusted source so all go to junk. Chat doesn't work, online request I sent was ignored, you cannot contact anyone. Absolutely appalling
