We ordered a 8 section book shelf from Wayfair. XDP were supposed to deliver this eight section book shelf on 27th September. A wrong item (6 section instead) was delivered to us. We notified Wayfair who sent a replacement via XDP scheduled to be delivered by 2nd October. XDP tracking shows that the replacement consignment has been split into two consignments but no indication for a delivery date. Wayfair do not seem to be able to help and they cannot understand why the consignment is split. So the XDP tracking information is totally useless and we have no idea when the consignment is going to be delivered. (To make things worse XDP delivered a component of the original wrong item to the wrong address). I am not sure we are ever going to receive the full correct item.
