I could give minus stars I would. This has got to be the worst company to use for delivery. Not only are they unable to be contacted at all, if you do try to contact them they charge a fortune on the premium phone number. If you email them, don’t expect to hear back, they can’t be bothered. If you think you’ll get a parcel on the timescale advised, think again. Their system shows “manifested but not collected”. Wtf does that mean? We’ve seen your delivery, and we’ve acknowledged we’re supposed to do something, but we’ll leave it for a week. A delivery that was supposed to be two days, so far has been 9 days and still no delivery date. System now says “at depot”. And has done for three days. No communication from them. Do not trust them at all. Awful service
