I had two deliveries the week by XPD neither time did the drive bother to knock or ring the door bell. The first package had some damage but the contents were okay. The second delivery contained sheets of glass which was left directly outside the front door where I could have tripped over it. Instructions had been given that someone would be in but may be slow to answer the door
