This would not allow me to put 0 stars otherwise I would. This is a terrible delivery service. Why any company would choose to use XDP is beyond me. They have apparently attempted to deliver my parcel 3 times. This was in fact once with no prior notification. The other times, according to the app, we were home and there is no evidence of an attempted delivery on our video doorbell. You can't call them, there is no option to leave notes of where to leave the parcel if not home. They have had my parcel for over a week now and it is something we needed asap. An email was sent to which we were informed could be up to 72 hours for a response. 4 days later, nothing. DO NOT USE XDP!
